Lake Tahoe

As promised, here are some pictures from beautiful Lake Tahoe and Donner Lake. Thankfully my cousin Christina came to help my parents, because I woke up every morning at 4:45am, full of energy and ready to explore.

(This random little girl really wanted to play with me so she blew bubbles on our porch until I noticed her. She is 4 years old.)

(Here I am with friends of ours from San Francisco, who happened to be in Lake Tahoe too.)

(Here I am trying to put a straw, with the paper still on, in my dad's drink. Took all my mom's strength to hold me back!)

On a final note, I thought I'd embarrass my parents and share just how tired they were after the 3 day trip (which included a 4 hour drive each way):

When they left the rental condo, they...

- forgot all the food in the refrigerator
- accidentally locked the keys in the house
- and (my dad) forgot all his clothes in one of the bedroom drawers. (This he realized the next morning back home as he was getting ready for work!)

Hmm, I think they need a vacation.
