I just had the best week of my life so far.
Some very special visitors came to meet me from Italy...Nonno Giovanni, Paola, my Zia Federica, and Zio Gaspare. (Unfortunately, my Zia Letizia couldn't make it - we missed her so much.) We had a full week, including trips to Muir Woods, San Francisco, Napa Valley, and celebrating my baptism among the redwood trees. It was awesome. A special thanks to Zia Fede for being our professional photographer. :)

Lots of cuddles, gifts, and relaxing back home...
From Nutella and parmesan cheese, to a silver napkin holder engraved with my name (doubling as a bracelet to make everyone laugh), to toys and clothes and bibs, a WWII commemorative coin, an angel necklace, my own place setting, my dad's baby spoon, and a very special gold pendant my Nonna Anna received when she was born...I can not believe the love and thoughtfulness of my famiglia.
And now, time for some rest...I've got a busy week ahead of me!
